Perfect Stance
Proper tennis serving position is when your feet are positioned so that the front foot points to the right net post (for the right hand) and the back foot is parallel to the baseline. The hind toes are also fairly attached to the front ankle because you need to be stable in all directions when you start and run at your full-service speed.

This is a basic position that you adjust depending on which aspect you are serving. If you are a tennis beginner, start learning the right serving techniques, in learning, we advise you to learn to serve in terms of advertising because there is less difference between the direction of the swing path and the actual ball flight, which makes it easier to master this early stage of learning.
01. Toss the Ball and Take the Racquet Back
From the starting position, you will drop both arms, separate them as soon as you reach the inner thighs of your front foot, and toss the ball as you move your rocket to the throwing position.
02. Release the ball as soon as the hand reaches the top of the head.
Make sure you shift your weight forward as you toss. Moving it backward will cause you to toss the ball behind you.
There are other slightly different ways to start your service motion, but they all have the same goal – to toss the ball in the right place and move your body to a throwing position where you can explode to hit the ball. This throwing position is commonly known as the trophy pose.
03. Reach the trophy pose
Entering an effective throwing position is an essential feature of any effective serving. Ideally, when you toss the ball, your rocket arm will move a little slower than your tossing arm. Relax your wrists and shift your body weight forward.
04. Jump and then swing
From this position, you will start your swing on the ball by pushing it off the ground. If you do it correctly, since both your legs are straight, your rocket will point towards the ground behind the body and reach its lowest point. However, if you’re just starting out, don’t worry too much about jumping. Just focus on developing a liquid-throwing speed with your influential hand.
05. Contact the ball
The point of contact is the full expansion and occurs in front of the body. The body is fully extended by making a line from the left leg to the tip of the racket. The ball falls between 1 and 1.5 feet before contact (depending on the player), so make sure you toss the ball high enough. The string is pointing to the shot during bed contact. The player pulls the left arm down and the torso to stabilize the upper body.
06. Give the Follow Through and Land
With advanced players, the ball starts to spin as soon as it comes out of the racket. Rotate the buttocks and upper body and face forward.
The head of the racquet moves forward in front of the hand so that the tip of the racquet points to the ground and the elbow is still at shoulder height which shows that the racquet head is traveling faster than the arm.
The rocket will continue to swing to the left of the body to slowly weaken. The torso arm stays close to the body to stabilize the trunk. Advanced players land on the front legs while the hind legs are elevated (horsepower) to stabilize the body. The racket ends swinging loosely to the left of the body.
If you are a beginner and still not comfortable jumping, concentrate on pivoting while swinging so that you end up with your back ankle off the ground and your body in front.
